11. Select "I want to keep Club Penguin Safe"
12. Select "I want to help other penguins"
13. Select "Done"
14. Now log off and log back on and you have your spy phone!
It will appear above your map. Click on it to view it. By pressing "Visit HQ" you can go to HQ and do missions. HQ is also accessible through one of the changing rooms in the sport shop. You can also use your spy phone to teleport to any room except for the dojo.
